Farmers adopt Enfarm technology under a government subsidy program

In the context of agricultural digital transformation being a strategic goal of the Government, farmers’ proactive adoption of technology solutions such as Enfarm not only demonstrates a spirit of innovation but also helps realize the objective of modernizing Vietnam’s agriculture.

Alignment with the Agricultural Modernization Policy

In recent years, the Government has promoted subsidy programs, incentives, and technology transfer support in the agricultural sector, with a particular focus on digital devices, sensors, smart farm management software, and data analytics platforms. These policies not only reduce the burden of initial investment costs for farmers but also pave the way for the widespread adoption of modern technology in cultivation.

Enfarm – an intelligent agricultural technology platform – has been working hand in hand with many localities to implement digital solutions, ranging from monitoring soil, water, and climate conditions to optimizing fertilizer and irrigation use, as well as forecasting pests and diseases.

Case Study: Enfarm Implemented at Gia Phuc Agricultural Cooperative, Ha Tinh

A prime example of Enfarm’s effectiveness under the Government’s support policies is the project deployed at Gia Phuc Agricultural Cooperative in Thuong Son Hamlet, Son Loc Commune, Can Loc District, Ha Tinh Province.

Enfarm has recently completed the installation of a sensor system and soil nutrient monitoring devices at the cooperative—marking an important step in bringing digital technology into local farming practices.

The solution has delivered tangible benefits:

  • Real-time monitoring of soil and crop health, enabling more precise cultivation and reducing risks
  • Optimized fertilizer and irrigation management based on field data
  • Reduced input costs, increased yields, and progress toward sustainable farming

The project has also received strong support from local authorities—an essential factor in helping farmers confidently adopt new technologies. This collaboration highlights the critical role of public policy in driving digital transformation in agriculture from the ground up.trò của chính sách công trong việc kích hoạt chuyển đổi số nông nghiệp từ gốc.

Resolution 57-NQ/TW: A Policy Lever for Agricultural Digital Transformation

The implementation of the Enfarm subsidy program is closely aligned with the orientation set forth in Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo (issued on December 22, 2024), which identifies science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation as strategic breakthroughs for national development.

The Resolution sets the target that by 2030, the digital economy will account for 30% of GDP and a strong innovation ecosystem will be established. In the agricultural sector, this provides a foundation for accelerating the adoption of digital solutions such as Enfarm, enabling farmers to more easily access IoT technologies, digitize farm management, and improve both productivity and product quality—all in line with sustainable development goals.

Enfarm – Bridging Farmers and Digital Transformation

Với triết lý “Lấy nông dân làm trung tâm”, Enfarm không chỉ cung cấp thiết bị hay phần mềm, mà còn With the philosophy of “Putting farmers at the center,” Enfarm is not only a provider of devices or software but also acts as a bridge for transferring digital knowledge. Accompanying programs such as:

  • Remote technical consultation via the app
  • Training on the use of sensor devices
  • Crop data analysis for decision-making

…have helped farmers gain increasing confidence in mastering technology.

By actively connecting with government support programs, Enfarm continues to expand opportunities for farmers to access technology at affordable costs, while accelerating the adoption of smart farming models.

The fact that farmers are proactively applying Enfarm’s technology under government subsidy programs highlights an important transformation in Vietnamese agriculture: from traditional farming to digital, precise, and sustainable agriculture.

Models such as Gia Phuc Agricultural Cooperative in Ha Tinh are clear evidence that when supportive policies are well-implemented, suitable technology is provided, and farmers are united, the vision of a modern agricultural sector is no longer far away.
